Most Fixing615 workmanship is backed by a 2-year workmanship warranty unless otherwise stated in your written estimate or contract.
Extended workmanship warranty options are available on qualifying projects.
Not covered
The workmanship warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear
- Defective customer-supplied products
- Manufacturer defects
- Abuse
- Neglect
- Storm damage
- Unrelated water intrusion
- Pre-existing hidden damage
- Work changed by another party after completion
How to make a warranty request
1. Call or text us at 615-920-1401 with your original lead or estimate ID.
2. Describe the issue and, if possible, send photos or video.
3. We'll review and, if the issue is covered, schedule a return visit to make it right.
Licensing & permits
Some projects require permits or appropriately licensed trade professionals. We will review your project and explain any applicable requirements before work begins.
