Licensing & Service Information

Fixing615 is not a licensed general contractor, electrical contractor, plumbing contractor or roofing contractor. We provide handyman services, minor repairs, fixture installation and property maintenance within the scope allowed for unlicensed work in Tennessee.

Some projects require permits or appropriately licensed trade professionals. We will review your project and explain any applicable requirements before work begins.

When a project is flagged as requiring a licensed partner or permit review, we will not automatically accept payment. We will explain the requirements and, where appropriate, refer you to an appropriately licensed trade professional.

Projects requiring a contract require a 50% deposit upon signing. Remaining balance is due within 12 hours after completion unless otherwise stated in writing.

We do not charge for quote requests. After a quote is accepted, a secure payment link (Stripe, Square or similar) may be sent. Fixing615 never stores raw card data.

Estimates are free. $95 Diagnostic Service Call. If you approve the recommended repair, the diagnostic fee is credited toward that job.

Most Fixing615 workmanship is backed by a 2-year workmanship warranty unless otherwise stated in your written estimate or contract.

The workmanship warranty does not cover normal wear, defective customer-supplied products, manufacturer defects, abuse, neglect, storm damage, unrelated water intrusion, pre-existing hidden damage, or work changed by another party after completion.
